In the present day the world, competition is suitable ferociously. Some parents are distribution their kids to the English guidance school to learn English language. The parents want their kids to be right of way to others in the future. But is it necessary to learn English as early as possible. Many people agree with this. As for my part, I don’t agree with this thinking. Some kids are too young to learn a foreign language in their own age. It is not required to have a child to learn English language at a very young age. with the deepening of reform and China's entry into WTO, English language teaching has been tired the attention of the whole educational world. To provide for the financial development, the department of Education required that English should be trained from the fouth year onward in all primary school in town areas from the fall of 2002 and the following year in country areas. Meanwhile, a New English Course condition at required Education Stage (on trial basis) was published. in the last two years in primary school, the kids have the ability to master and make full use of his mother tongue. So it is easy to have a good authority of English learning in both listening and speaking.
In general aim of the New English language Course Requirement at the basic learning stage is to increase the for kids general language capability. The development of the general language ability is based on the in general development of the kids language skills, language information, emotion and approach, learning strategy and culture awareness. Among them, language information and language skills are the foundation; culture understanding is of help in using language suitably; emotion and attitude are the important factors influencing for kids learning and growth; and learning strategy can help to enhance learning competence and develop learners' autonomy.
